Tow Line is still in publication today after seventy eight years. This twelve page issue features a message from Moran president Rear Admiral Edmond Moran, a photo feature on docking a 83,000 liner (unnamed but it is clearly the NORMANDIE), and several features on towboat activities. The Tow Line editor noted that " it will be its purpose to tell the story of
